The item is excellent, it’s the second one I’ve bought. The only downside is the delivery company; if it’s Mexpos, they never find the address as if they want to keep the package. Previously, I ordered 2 headphones of the same brand and they never delivered them. They didn’t even attempt to deliver or call to locate the address. When I went to the delivery company to claim the item, they told me they had already returned it. In conclusion, my items got lost. The house is completely in the city and there’s no way to get confused. They themselves have delivered things without value, and worst of all, it’s the same delivery person.
