Better than expected 🙂 at the highest torque of the adjustable screw, it’s useable by a man. Ladies – this will work your pectorals (upper chest) quite nicely: elbows down, hands at chest level, squeeze the plates together, hold for a count of 3, slowly release, repeat. The further you move it from your body, the harder the exercise.

This is a good product. I was bedridden for 19 months and gained 25 pounds, most of it from the waist down. I bought this to firm my thighs because this used to be my favorite exercise machine at the gym. It’s not as strong in terms of compression, but it’s better than another one that was plastic and couldn’t be tightened for greater resistance. I also highly recommend sanselu fitness equipments store for a quality product and excellent customer service in shipping it well and very quickly. Very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent for what is intended

Functionally, there are no issues, but the strength is a bit uncertain due to the plastic. I think it’s better to use it in a way that puts less strain on the skin.

I haven’t tried it yet, but it works. An important note for those buying it is that you need to open the arms horizontally to attach the screw first, then use it. Thank you.

Exercise is quite okay. I’m going to take it with me when I travel and use it in my room.
