The size is not specified when placing the order, but I always recommend taking one size larger than your usual size. Excellent product, and it helps me with the hips and doesn’t let my gym bars be too big. The shipment arrived very quickly.

It’s not of great quality, but for the price, there’s no way to complain. If I wanted something better, I would have paid more. I think I bought a size larger than I should have. I took the M size, it’s too big, but I’ll still wear it anyway.
